Accommodations
3750 square foot house, 6 bedrooms, 5 baths, dual masters and two living areas (sleeps 14), there are three king beds and four queen beds, ocean view from upstairs covered porch and a short walk to the beach.
Carolina Elegance is an incredible space for your vacation, golf buddy trip, work retreat or friend/family reunion. The open floor plan and multiple seating areas and decks off of all sides of the house give everyone a place to sit and read, sip a cocktail, enjoy some peace and quiet or get caught up on a conversation with a friend or loved one. There are comfortable seats inside and out so that you can enjoy yourself at any moment. Take a swim in the private pool before or after you go to the beach.
Cook together in the large gourmet, fully equipped kitchen or grill out on the deck. Play a game or watch TV in the upstairs sitting area in front of the fireplace. Enjoy a good book or a movie in the great room on one of the many televisions around the house. This house is approximately 4000 square foot, has 6 bedrooms, two living areas, hardwood, tile and carpeted floors, a gas fireplace, and a private pool. There are multiple outdoor decks with comfortable seating areas to satisfy everyone.
Lower level
This level has a gourmet kitchen and open living area and a large flat screen TV. One of the two master bedrooms is on this level and two queen bedrooms are on this level. The master has its own bathroom and a jack and jill bathroom is between the other two bedrooms. There is also a bathroom in the hallway off of the kitchen that also has access to the deck with the gas grill and kitchen door. A dining area in addition to the kitchen island provides space plenty of space for meals. There is a seating area off of the master bedroom and two other decks on this floor. There are TVs in all bedrooms and living areas.
Upper level
Climb the stairs to the second floor where you will find a large open seating area with a gas fireplace and table to play games or to have a snack. The second master bedroom is off of this living area as is the laundry room. There are two other bedrooms off of the living area and one has two queen beds and a sitting area with a TV that is perfect for the children to hang out in together. All linens are provided throughout the house.
Beneath the house is a large garage area with a concrete floor perfect for young children and their riding toys!. There is a large sturdy wagon to use for transporting kids and toys to the beach. Beach access is a simple four minute walk from the house.
Pets are permitted with prior permission. Additional Pet Costs: 1. A flat fee of $250 is added to the base rental fee pets allowed by the owner and 2. An additional refundable deposit of $250
No smoking inside the house OR on the decks.
Vehicle parking
Rental during the high season is weekly only, Sunday to Sunday from mid-May through mid-August. Shorter stay rentals are available mid-August through mid-May. There is a 3 night minimum during the off season.
